Short Description: A family run business that caters to guests 7 days a week. The restaurant offers a diverse menu, entertainment, daily food specials and drink promotions.

Note: visits by appointment only; employees are not aware of the sale.

Detailed Description: The restaurant opened its doors in 1990, and business has expanded in size and sales from the very first day. The restaurant now boasts 240 seat capacity and in 2005, a new 40 seat terrace was constructed. During the warmer periods the restaurant can accommodate up to 280 guests.

The business hours have also been lengthened to accommodate the demands of Loto Quebec Machines, ten in total and also a new breakfast menu and the weekend entertainment.

The Establishment now runs seven days a week, from 7:30am to 2:00 Am., Friday and Saturday the closing hours are very often stretched to 3:00am. Our new Breakfast menu created in 2007, offers a wide array of choices from crepes filled with chocolate and bananas to Eggs Florentine.

From Monday to Friday the lunch hours are busy with a diverse crowd, customers like plumbers, electrician, and businessmen enjoy a five to six choice lunch menu starting at $4.95.

Depending on the day the restaurant has promotions and specials that the customers can enjoy. The Brass on Monday starting at 5:00pm has Spaghetti Meat sauce at $2.99, Tuesday brings our 2 for 1 on all pastas, Wednesday, our famous wings go on sale for .40 cents each and from Thursday to Saturday we offer a Table D’Hote menu.

For guests that enjoy wine, spirits and beer, there is an array of promos to fill the glass. From Monday to Friday, 4 to 6pm, the Labatt Bleu, Bleu Dry and Bud Light are 2 for $5.50, the mixed drinks are 2 for $5.50 as well from 5 to 7pm.

Many of our older aged clientele enjoy the afternoon Beat The Clock; where the draft beer starts at $1.50 at 2:00pm and moves its way up to $3.00 by 4:00pm.

On weekends is where the real action starts, Thursday Night, Karaoke where guests get to be on stage to sing their favorite tunes and on Friday and Saturday, a live Band plays tunes from the 50’s to today’s top 40.

Business Specifics: The restaurant Main source of business is sales from food and alcohol, and commissions made from the ten issued Loto Quebec machines.

Management Team: The Management team consists of three Managers. The Managers are responsible for handling Loto Quebec coupon redemption. The Morning manager is responsible for opening the business, setting up lunch reservation and overseeing the staff. The afternoon Manager sets up the reservations for supper, takes reservations, makes sure the wait staff is attentive to our guests, handling complaints and compliments.

The night manager and afternoon manger often overlap during the busier periods to ensure a steady flow of business. The night manger is responsible for the inventory and sales checks as well as the closing of the establishment. The two active owners oversee and implement themselves where and when they see a need. They check all cashes done by managers to ensure total control.

Customers: The restaurant clientele are mostly male especially during the day (approximately a 3 to1 ratio to females). In the evening customers are more diverse as young as 18 years old to 75 years old enjoy food specials, karaoke and dancing. On average the clientele is older averaging approximately 45-50 years old. Many retirees frequent the restaurant in the early afternoon to the later hours of the day.

Competition: The restaurant is uniquely located on the other side of XXXX where restaurants and bars are few. Our main competitors are Cage aux Sports, Bocci, Boston Pizza and Scratch. These Businesses are located across the canal and compete more closely against each other.

Market: The Market is mostly XXXXXXX residents. During the Lunch various companies around the area enjoy lunch. On weekends reservations coming from Lachine, Chateuguay, Candiac, Cote St Catherine and downtown are received.

Patents: Not necessarily a patent but more a barrier to entry for potential restaurant bars is the fact that the the City of XXXXX does not offer entertainment or bar permits in our area.
